This versatile space also features a cozy log full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for the kids, along with a selection of board games, books, and toys to keep them entertained or have fun playing cornhole on the expansive deck. Catch the game on the smart TV or enjoy a snack from the convenient kitchenette. The room is complete with a two-person high-top table, ideal for sharing drinks and friendly conversation.

The Misty Mountain Cabin offers self-check-in with keypad entry.
Note that there are a few steps to enter the property.
Free parking is available on flat driveway. NO STEEP roads to reach the cabin and 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is NOT REQUIRED.
For your safety and protection, we provide a security camera in front of the front door.
House Rules
* 8 guests MAX. The HOA strictly enforces the number of occupants.
* Pets are not permitted at any time to ensure a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests. We strive to maintain this vacation home as a pet-free space for everyone’s comfort.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be a $300 fine.
* No party or event.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST’S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 25 YEARS OLD
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave garbage outside of the bear box or front porch.
* Please ensure that car doors are closed and locked at all times to prevent wild animals from attempting to enter. Additionally, avoid leaving any food inside the car. If this policy is not followed and a wild animals break into your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
* Any sort of fire is not allowed on the property.
* No more than two cars parking at any time. Do not park on the street.
* An outdoor security camera is installed at the entrance for your safety. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level, as we live in a peaceful neighborhood and want to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. Please also note that, per city ordinance, loud music is not permitted after 10 pm. Thank you for your understanding.
* This is a family-oriented home, where parties or events are not permitted. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful, mature, and responsible during their stay. If you’re looking to bring a large group and host a party, this may not be the right fit. We take pride in offering a warm, clean, and tastefully decorated space for those who value their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat our home with the same care you would your own.
* Guests agree to comply with Sevier County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance.
* Please ensure the front door and windows are securely closed upon departure. Unsecured doors can allow animals to enter the home, and guests may be held responsible for any damage that results from not following this guideline.
