We completed a total renovation with mountain decor and now offer this home as a lake, ski, and mountain getaway. With a fresh, clean style and welcoming atmosphere, this home is sure to appeal to any group seeking quality accommodations.
Our accommodation is furnished with all of the comforts of home in a wonderful countryside setting. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, TV, free WiFI, and more in our holiday home.
Everything is included in our rental rates. There are no added surcharges for using our WiFi, TV, towels or changeovers.

We choose property at the place where we absolutely want to take vacation and love to go ourselves. We would love to share with others our favorite places. We self-manage our properties and we don’t use third party property managers so that we can take care of our properties well on cleaning and maintenance and make it ready for our guests.
We have mountain properties in two different states.
One is in our beloved beautiful place called South Lake Tahoe, California. It is located close to Heavenly Ski resort, snow tubing, sledding, shoppings and restaurants.
Other two cabins are conveniently located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee which are close to Gatlinburg downtown, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and other local attractions.
There are many reasons to book your vacation directly with the owner. The number one reason is the platform fees! We don’t charge a booking fee and you can save money by booking directly with us.
We will send you a welcome email which contains a door code and a digital house manual 48 hours before your arrival. In the house manual which includes house rules, check-out checklists, nearest groceries stores, things to do, local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and much more.
We have an electronic WiFi door lock and will send you a door code 48 hours before your arrival!
We are very responsive to text, FB message or email. We also have local cleaners and handymen for any issues that arise.
For Gatlinburg cabins, roads are very easy to drive to the cabin. No high slope or steep driveway for parking.
For South Lake Tahoe cabin, you will need to drive mountain roads before arriving at South Lake Tahoe.
We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee single pods, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a starter pack of basic supplies like trash bags, dishwasher pod, kitchen paper towels, and toilet paper. We also provide a well-stocked kitchen with kitchenware, dinnerware, basic cooking items like oil, salt and pepper.

Our properties are family-oriented homes for friends and families. We provide warm, clean and tastefully decorated homes for those who enjoy their memorable travel experiences and family vacations. No parties or events allowed and large groups of people. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature and responsible.
We love animals however we have chosen to maintain a pet free environment in our cabins. We do take this seriously so guests with allergies can feel comfortable to stay in a clean and pet free home.
No. Any kind of smoking aren’t allowed inside our cabins. You can smoke outside of the cabin at the front porch or drive way.
Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 year old and the person who books must be staying at the property. We will ask you to provide a photo ID after you book.
We see bears all the time when we are at the cabins. You have a very high chance of seeing bears around our cabins. Always keep a safe distance and never feed bears. Never leave the front/back doors open. Never leave food or trash bags outside of the cabin. Bears are always looking for food.
There is snow in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas, averaging 6 inches of snowfall a year. Snow does not occur often. We do highly recommend you bring a tire chain for vehicles if snow or ice are expected. Our cabins in Gatlinburg aren’t on the high mountain or high slope areas. Very easy drive even in the snow fall season.
For the South Lake Tahoe, CA area, 6 to 12 inches of snow always occur yearly and sometimes more. We do highly recommend you bring a tire chain for vehicles during the snow season.
