This home offers two ensuite bedrooms. Upstairs is the Bear suite, with a King bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. On the lower level is the Cabin suite, with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Full over full bunk bed in the downstairs game room.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
A fully equipped kitchen welcomes the family chef! It offers an abundance of cabinet space for all your groceries and counter space for food prep so that creating delicious meals is an easy task. Feel free to make use of the rice cooker, kettle, toaster, knife set – you’ll find every kitchen tool and amenity you’ll need.
A coffee bar features both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with coffee and condiments available. Brew a cup of joe and take in the fresh mountain air from one of the rocking chairs on the front porch.
Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six overlooking the front porch and breathtaking scenery. If you prefer an alfresco setting, take your meals on the open patio at the dining table for four.

As soon as you enter our mountain-themed cabin, you will feel a warm, inviting vibe welcoming you home. Light a fire in the gas fireplace as you cozy up in one of the butter soft leather sofas overlooking the beautiful mountain views through the double set of windows. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage as you read a vacation novel, or stream your favorite show on the Smart TV with the provided cable, WiFi, and Roku for streaming then make a big bowl of popcorn to share. Doesn’t it sound perfect?
If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, challenge a friend or family member to a game of pool at the regulation-size table in the downstairs game room. This room also features a plush sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV to watch the game on, a kitchenette for any beverages or snacks you may want, and a two-person high-top table. Beautiful mountain vibe surrounding just through the double doors on the lower level deck.

The mountains are calling, and with two full decks, you won’t have to go far to enjoy the great outdoors of Tennessee. Each level offers peace, serenity, and breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
The main-level deck features a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a hike or full day of skiing. There is also a dining table with seating for four, and enough space to practice some morning yoga or simply take in the stunning views.
On the upper-level deck, you’ll find a comfy egg chair and another table for four on one side. There are also two rocking chairs outside the master bedroom.
There is a charcoal grill located at the front of the property – perfect for showing off your BBQ skills!
During the summer months, you will also have access to a gated community pool, including a kiddie pool and lounge chairs.

* No pets are allowed at any time. We love animals however we have chosen to maintain a pet free environment in our cabins. We do take this seriously so guests with allergies can feel comfortable to stay in a clean and pet free home.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be $300 fine.
* No party or event.
* RVs and Campers are prohibited in the resort. This is rule from HOA. Please DO NOT bring RVs to the cabin.
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch.
* Any sort of fired is not allowed on the property.
* No more than TWO cars parking at any time. Do not park on the street.
* Outdoor security surveillance cameras are around house perimeter and home entrance.
* Noise aware sensors may be installed inside and on the deck to monitor noise levels. Noise should be kept to reasonable level. We live in quiet neighborhood so please respect neighbors. No loud music after 10pm per city ordinance.
* This is family-oriented home and no parties or events allowed. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature and responsible. If you are trying to bring many people and planning for a party, this home is not for you. We provide warm, clean and tastefully decorated home for those who enjoy their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat it as your own.
* Guests agree to comply with Sevier County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance. Failing to do so may result in fines and even eviction.
* Keep front door and windows are shut upon departure. It is not uncommon for animals to enter an unlocked door, and guests may be liable for any damage due to not following this policy.
* Covid 19: We increased surface cleaning and disinfecting protocol. Surfaces and highly touched areas are cleaned and disinfected.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST’S CREDIT CARD.

*HOT TUB WATER MIGHT BE DRAINED COMPLETELY AND IT WILL TAKE 8 HOURS OR MORE TO HEAT UP. DURING THE COLD WEATHER SEASON, IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER TIME TO HEAT UP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE WILL NOT BE REACHED ON THE CHECK-IN DAY. IT WILL BE READY TO USE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU CHECK-IN.
